I found the staff at reception really helpful. I needed help when my flight was abruptly cancelled and they were excellent. I spoke to Nelson and two other very helpful people whose names I do not know. I had previously stayed in a place with no staff present, booked by my work, for the days I was working in Gothenberg and learnt how valuable the onsite help is when you do not speak the language. Location was excellent because being back in Stockholm for the weekend before returning home I wanted good access to Arlanda. The station is practically adjacent to the hotel and the line takes you quickly to Marsta and a fast bus from that station goes to Arlanda airport. Quiet well sound proofed hotel and a nearby shopping centre was very convenient.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The breakfast area is amazing and the breakfast is so good, so many options. We decided to reserve two family rooms and it worked out perfectly! One family room could accommodate 2 adults and 2 children but we wanted to be comfortable and enjoyed the extra space. The hotel has a medium size swimming pool. We were lucky that the hotel was not busy so we could use it without reservation. The train/ tram station is 2 mins walk, so convenient to reach the city center. Parking is next to the hotel but you have to pay for it. Also the hotel has some parking spaces that you can reserve but I believe it is more expensive than the city parking.

Nice hotel with a inside terrace with sofas and a bar. Program for the kids but we didn't attend. It was nice play the table tennis with the kids. The swimming pool was nice but a little cold water of 24 degrees and had to reserve beforehand and was only allowed for 45min per room per night. Otherwise nice. There was a big parking place next to the hotel with payment with Easypark. However, we got twice a penalty even we paid correctly. We had a family room with two rooms which was nice. Good breakfast. A shopping centre next to the hotel.

It was an absolutely amazing hotel, the breakfast was great. We went there for two nights for the Taylor Swift concert, and they very much leaned into it by playing her music in the lobby and having themed cocktails. Which I suppose isn't something you'll probably experience when you go there, but I appreciate it. The staff was also very nice and the place looked beautiful overall.
